When I perform example, "Let's talk to each other" (http://www.vstone.co.jp/sotamanual/index.php?VstoneMagic%E3%82%92%E4%BD%BF%E3%81%A3%E3%81%A6%E3%81%BF%E3%82%8B%2F%E3%83%97%E3%83%AD%E3%82%B0%E3%83%A9%E3%83%9F%E3%83%B3%E3%82%B0%2F%E5%AF%BE%E8%A9%B1%E3%81%97%E3%81%A6%E3%81%BF%E3%82%88%E3%81%86)
The robot responds correctly when I use Japanese i.e. "こんにちは"
But does not respond as expected when i use English i.e. "Hello"
Q1 - Has anyone had success with this?
Q2 - Has anyone experimented with using an open source speech recognition API with their Sota?

A1. We are sorry to inform you that voice recognition of Sota is available in “Japanese” only.
A2. Any task regarding to open source such as API is out of our support. We do not conduct neither verification nor experiment for this issue.
Meanwhile, please allow us to emphasize that not only physical functions of Sota, even the
communicating language which can be accepted in this supporting website is “Japanese” only.

At the Vstone Akihabara you have a Sota on display that detects and responds very well in English.
It's stationed near the wall opposite the counter near the door.
Could you please explain what system this Sota is using please?
